Any additional planning or correspondence beyond this complimentary package will be billed accordingly.

 

1. BOOKING & PAYMENTS

 

Deposit & Booking Confirmation

 

• A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to request your booking.

• Submitting a deposit does NOT guarantee confirmation.

• Your appointment is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email with:

 – Final date

 – Confirmed time

 – Location

 – Assigned artist(s)

 

• If we are unable to fulfill your booking for any reason, your deposit will be refunded minus a 4% processing fee.

 

Final Balance

 

• Final balances are paid in cash before services begin.

• Accepted in:

 – USD

 – MXN at $20 MXN = $1 USD

 

Wise Payments (If Approved)

 

• Accepted under unforeseen circumstances only

• Wise processing fee: 15%

• Wise payments may need to be completed before the appointment begins

 

Payment Summary

 

• Deposit: Wise only (+4% refund fee if WE cancel)

• Balance: Cash preferred

• Wise (if approved): +15%

• No tax charged

• MXN accepted at 20:1

 

Minimum Booking Requirement

 

• May apply depending on date, location, or tier

• Peak dates require higher minimums

 

2. SERVICE CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

 

Cancellations

 

• Deposits are non-refundable

• All booked services are fully billable

 

Service Reductions

 

• Not permitted after booking is finalized

 

Adding Services

 

• May be added based on availability

• Must be confirmed in writing

 

Artist Replacement

 

• A qualified replacement artist will be assigned if required

 

Rescheduling

 

• Deposit may be transferred once, based on availability

• If unavailable, original booking is considered cancelled

 

3. LATE FEES & STANDBY FEES

 

Late Fees

 

A $50 fee per 15 minutes per artist applies for:

 

• Client lateness

• Client not prepped or not present

• Room not ready

• Vendor/environment delays

• Anything preventing services from beginning on time

 

Standby Fees (If Artist Is Able to Wait)

 

• Standby fee: $50 USD per 30 minutes (per artist)

• Added to your final bill or payable via Wise

• Services may be shortened to stay on schedule

• If lateness affects other bookings, services may end early at full cost

 

Outside Scheduled Service Hours

 

Any time outside the scheduled and agreed-upon appointment block—including delays, extended time, waiting, timeline changes, or additional beauty needs—will be billed at the artist’s hourly touch-up rate, charged in hourly blocks.

Payment must be approved before services continue.

 

4. TRAVEL FEES

 

Standard Travel

 

• Travel starts at $25 per artist within:

 – Tulum

 – Akumal

 – Playa del Carmen

 – Toronto

 – Montreal

 

• Final travel price is quoted based on your specific location.

 

Extended Travel (45+ Minutes)

 

• Locations over 45 minutes require hourly travel fees per artist (round trip)

• Based on the artist’s tier hourly/touch-up rate

• Reflects exclusive booking time & lost availability

 

Additional Travel Costs

 

May include:

• Gas/fuel

• Resort day passes

• Parking/valet

• Vehicle rentals

• Baggage fees

• Ferries/boats

• Multiple locations

• Early travel

• Remote venue access fees

 

Destination Weddings

 

Custom travel quotes include:

• Flights

• Hotel

• Transportation

• Rental vehicles

• Baggage fees

• Per diems

 

5. TRIALS

6. TOUCH-UPS & SECOND LOOKS

 

• Billed at artist’s tier hourly rate

• Must be booked in advance

• Travel may apply if in a new location

• Full or half-day beauty concierge available

 

Outside Scheduled Service Windows

 

Any time outside your scheduled and agreed-upon appointment block may be billed at the artist’s hourly touch-up rate.

This includes delays, waiting, extended services, timeline shifts, or additional requests outside the contracted window.

Billed in hourly blocks, based on tier.

Payment must be approved before continuation.

 

7. EARLY CALL TIMES & EARLY TRAVEL

 

Early Call Times

 

• Start times before 7:00 AM may incur early start fees

 

Early Travel

 

• If artists must depart before 6:00 AM, early travel fees apply

• Charged per artist according to tier

• Separate from early start fees

 

8. READY-ROOM REQUIREMENTS

 

• Clean, spacious, uncluttered room

• Natural or bright lighting

• 1–2 chairs per artist

• Table/counter space

• Air conditioning or ventilation

• Accessible outlets

• Backup indoor space required for outdoor setups

• Room must be ready at start time

 

9. HYGIENE & HEALTH

 

• Strict sanitation standards

• Clean face, clean dry hair

• Service may be declined for illness or unsafe conditions

 

Allergies

 

• Clients with known allergies must bring their own products or inquire ahead

• Not liable for reactions

 

10. ADDITIONAL NOTES

11. ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY

 

Zero tolerance for:

• Violence

• Bullying

• Sexism

• Racism

• Homophobia

• Transphobia

• Ableism

• Harassment

• Toxicity

• Disrespect of any kind

 

Violation results in:

• Immediate termination of services

• Removal of artists

• Full balance due

• Possible legal action

 

A credit card on file is required for all new clients.
